Before I give you all the facts, here's 2 excerpts:
PROLOGUE actions & thoughts
I've always been a dreamer

On the bus, walking to school, & at home with the lights dimmed...

I dreamed of alternate universes, saviors of the world, & if you can believe it, I also dreamed of masked bals where no one can judge you on your beauty or ugliness...

& where he always was...

Waiting for me among the crowds, a happy glint in his eyes. Always promising me a beautiful night & a mask off at midnight.

Only...

Alarm goes off so she wakes up to get dressed.

Midnight hour never comes...

She's at a train station with everyone around her shadowed.

...& I'm alone again.

PART OF CHAPTER ONE
Shinji: "lyrics"

Mitsuki does her 'sexy' pose: "Hey, that song sounds familiar. Who sang it?"

Shinji: "The Killers"

Another girl & Mituski: "The Killers? I love them! Especially their---"

Mitsuki: "heavy metal sound."

Girl: "rad goth look."

Shinji laughs: "Go away girls, you have no clue what you're talking about."

When Mitsuki comes back to their table, she's fuming & Chie is making so much fun of her.

ABOUT THE STORY
It's complicated. It's not about romance at all, but there is a romance factor in it. In vague terms, there is a secret people out in the world, with powers. Their ranked depending on this, & sometimes, #1 has so much power that he goes insane from it. That's when #2, #3, & #4 step in to kill him at Fate's designated day.

The current #1, Lian has gone insane from his power, & he's more powerful than anyone, ever. #2 is Riuan his ex-girlfriend. Mentally unstable, far more powerful than #3 & far less powerful than #1. #3 is Shinji, a gang leader, but he's like the old Mafia dons, he rules by his own sense of justice and rewards loyalty. #4 is Jinka, a great cook. Sweet but so emotional.

The incompetent Elders stole 95% of their souls so for the first 1/3 of the story, it'll be about them w/o powers & the drama that ensues their lives. The rest of the story, they get their souls back & they prepare for the designated day.

I know you've posted this almost 5 years ago, but I was wondering if you're still looking for an artist. I'm not sure about the actual story line (the #s were getting me confused), but the prologue sounded amazing, and I was hoping to at LEAST draw out that page for practice if you don't mind. Of course, if you're still looking, I'll be proud to give it a try! ^^
